Minimali Decor
During quarantine, I picked up a DIY concrete decor hobby. After gifting my creations to a few friends, I'd thought it'll be a neat idea to try selling my creations on Etsy. As I've always been interested in entrepreneurship, I wanted to experience the ups and downs of running your own business. It's definitely not easy, and there was so much I've learned by doing this. Including, time management, marketing, material sourcing, packing & shipping, and so much more.
Logo Creation
When creating the logo, I wanted it to appeal to audiences interested in home decor. Most of which are young professional women interested in nordic/scandi interior designs. Therefore I used a serif font paired with minimal graphics and a feminine earthy colour.
I decided to go with option 1 as I wanted a logo to be readable on all mediums (web and print). The sizing of the logo was also taken into consideration, since it's being used for branding purposes, such as stickers, tissue paper, tape, and stamps.
